Omega-3 fatty acids help lower blood pressure, reduce the formation of triglycerides and vascular fatty plaques, and also help reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as arrhythmia, heart disease, stroke and sudden cardiac death.

Nutritionists remind us that high triglycerides will increase the risk of heart disease, and long-term high low-density lipoprotein concentrations can also easily lead to cardiovascular disease. A Norwegian study pointed out that three groups of subjects took fatty acids with Omega-3 concentrations of 62.5%, 80%, and 85% respectively. The higher the Omega-3 concentration, the more obvious the decrease in the subjects' triglycerides and very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL).

There are many choices of fish oil products on the market. The basic difference between high and low concentrations is that if you take low-concentration fish oil, you need to take a larger dose to supplement the appropriate amount of Omega-3; however, high-concentration fish oil is relatively more efficient in supplementation. Because of its high purity, it is relatively less likely to ingest other additives that are not good for the body and cause extra burden on the body.

rTG extraction method: fish oil concentration, highest absorption rate
According to the extraction technology, fish oil can be divided into 3 types: rTG, TG, and EE; TG type has the lowest concentration, only 30%; EE type fish oil has a concentration of 50~70%, but the absorption rate of EE type fish oil is poor; rTG type fish oil has a concentration of up to 80%, and the absorption rate is also better. People can decide which product is more suitable for them according to their own needs.
